Kevin P. So far I am very happy with this purchase. The hose holder is attractive and not too large. So far we have not had any leaks. I used Teflon tape before attaching the hoses and I think that has been helpful. Unit functions correctly and seems sturdy. Pricing was on the high side but I think it was reasonable for the quality. Unit rolls well.

Paula Pardue Had an older hose reel that was more problem than function. I bought this one to replace it. I notice it has a good weight and the hose winds well. Appears to be made very well. No problems with leaking that I have seen. So far it has been a change for the better.
